About, the blog. Readers know I enjoy web logs. I find topics I enjoy and find corresponding weblogs to provide content. I especially love food sites. I've expanded my repertoire of food preparation because of them. When I become interested in a particular site, I can't help read my second favorite part; the "about" section. This has many formats. A brief biographical paragraph, 100 things about the author, etc. Many are tedious but some turn out to be better than the daily content. If you have some time, read about Dean, he writes Textism, I think you'll enjoy his use of English (despite the inconsistent use of the serial comma). And he's French.
